On March 1st of each year a Right to Know Survey is required to be filed with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection. ALC will conduct a site investigation to identify and record reportable hazardous materials that may be stored in your building. If no reportable substances are identified, ALC will assist you completing an exemption filing. This survey complies with NYC’s RTK Rules as well as US EPA’s Sara Title III, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act.

ALC will conduct a thorough workplace audit similar to an OSHA investigation. ALC will issue step by step guidance on how to reduce or eliminate your compliance deficiencies. These audits can be used for capital budget planning, insurance reductions, or to simply verify that your health and safety program is operating as planned. The inspections can be as comprehensive as desired and scoped to address the specific issues your workers face on a daily basis.

ALC’s seasoned trainers can provide engaging training to your staff at your location or ours. Our trainers are authorized by NYS, OSHA, and/or EPA when required.
